International Economic Development Professional with more than 10 years of experience in consulting for governments, private and public developers in Europe, Middle East, Latin America, Caribbean and Africa. Specialized in competitiveness, private sector development, economic and industrial policy and sector institutional support. Experience includes a large variety of sectors (industrial, agricultural and services) in many different countries as for example Spain, Portugal, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Lebanon, Austria, Tunis, Morocco, Italy, Peru, Turkey, Haiti, Dominican Republic and Botswana. Experience also in case teaching about strategy segmentation and value chain analysis to governmental bodies and regional development agencies. She works mainly for The Cluster Competitiveness Group, the World Bank and the European Foundation for Cluster Excellence.
In 2017 she also started her own business, KINADONA to empower women from vulnerable areas. KINADONA designs, produces and sells organic silk bracelets made by talented women artisans from vulnerable areas in el Tambo, the Cauca Department of Colombia. These bracelets provide needed job opportunities and income to the artisans and their community.
